Great company with great people. Very helpful when I called with questions and to schedule the appointment. Tom explained everything to me when he arrived at the house. Went over the exactly what they were going to do as well as the charges so there were no surprises once the work was completed. They did a great job, carpets look great and are drying quickly! I would highly recommend!

This is the second time we've used Zerorez to clean our carpets and will never use any other company. We've had our expectations exceeded both times. Thanks for a great cleaning experience! We appreciate your patience with scheduling as well. We had to reschedule twice due to dog sitting. Zerorez was flexible. Our technician Oscar was personable and professional. Great job! Our room and stairs look great! And we really appreciate the military discount.

Oscar from Zerorez showed up to clean the carpet upstairs. He was very polite and knowledgeable! He also wore disposable booties ...as not track anything into the house. He showed up on time and Zerorez sent a text about 40 minutes prior to let me know. My carpet looks great and smells great! They were fast and efficient! I would highly recommend!

Great service! I needed someone to clean my carpets who brought their own water supply, as I am on a well that runs on the low side. The carpet in my home is decades old and had never been professionally cleaned. Zerorez sent Oscar, a very polite and prompt technician. He cleaned 3 rooms of my house (and a hallway) with a pet stain treatment and he was finished in less than 2 hours. While some of the pet stains were stubborn, he did a great job and my home looks and smells much better! Highly recommended for fast and courteous service.

We had a fantastic cleaning today. I had high hopes and Zerorez delivered. Our carpets dried quickly and look beautiful. Tom was helpful and informative. He did a great job and we will definitely have them back out!

Zerorez was great! I just bought a house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Dana helped me set up my appointment and was very helpful in doing so. Tom gave me a call prior to him and Ken's arrival and they arrived within my scheduled time frame. Once at my house, they both walked each room with me and Tom explained Zerorez's process. He addressed heavily soiled areas before even getting started. He was very knowledgeable and informative and answered any questions I had. I had three bedrooms and the family room done. After they were done, Tom walked each room with me again to make sure I was happy with everything before they left. All in all, they were there for approximately two hours. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to their carpets cleaned!

Zerorez done a great job on my carpets. The price was reasonable and my tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made suggestions but wasnt pushy. They were very accommodating with my appointment. The credit card option was a plus. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.
