The staff were very friendly and considerate toward our residents who are all elderly. They did the large communal area without disrupting the day to day running of the place. They also did some private apartments within the block. I’ve already had comments from visitors saying how clean the carpets look. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them for your carpet cleaning.

Simon and Leah were really friendly and explained how they would go about the job. Simon showed me a test which was very interesting regarding the oil separation and collection. The house stairs, landing and both rugs look great! Top stuff - would recommend.

It works! Fabulous results. We had patch stain removal and carpet cleaning carried out on 2 bedrooms and the hall and stairs. We certainly gave them a challenge. Make-up, fake tan, drink spillages, pet stains all successfully removed from a 17 year old cream, wool carpet. It was explained that any stains that were indelible like nail varnish would not disappear, although they did reduce slightly. The team were punctual, professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They were easy to have around and took a pride in their work. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
