Colby was great!! He was very thorough with the cleaning process details and even more so with the actual cleaning. My white couch looks practically brand new! I’m so happy with the results!!
Trey was prompt and professional . He delivered as promised. We are pet owners and he revived our sectional. He cleaned and protected our sofa. We were able to enjoy it within a few hours to my dismay. They called us the same afternoon to see if we had any questions or concerns. Who does that??? We are over the moon happy. I highly recommend Zerorez. They do not disappoint 😊
Josh was very courteous and professional and a model example of excellent customer service. He did an OUTSTANDING job on our carpets and kitchen tile floor. He took his time to do the job right and didn’t cut any corners, unlike some rush jobs by well known competitors. Our floors were very clean, and we are VERY pleased with Josh’s work. I called yesterday and was able to get the next day appointment I requested. As first time customers, we are truly impressed. We just had our carpets and area rugs cleaned by Reg with ZeroRez carpet cleaning. Reg did an excellent job. He was quick and efficient as well as super friendly. Thank you Reg for such a good job. My house smells so clean!
Colby turned my 2006 motorhome carpets from “seen better days” to showroom fresh. He didn’t just do a quick pass either, he went all in and cleaned everything from top to bottom like it actually mattered to him. That kind of care is rare. His pricing was fair and straightforward, no surprises, no games. He showed up looking professional, acted professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell right away you’re dealing with someone who knows what they’re doing and respects your space. If you want your carpets done right the first time, Colby is your guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again and I’ll be recommending him to anyone who needs quality work done.
