The tech was curteous, knowledgeable and let me know exactly what he was gonna do and if I wasnt happy Zerorez would make it right . Who says customer service is dead, not at Zerorez!! We have two bedrooms and a master closet cleaned today. We asked for the protectant to be added after cleaning to prevent future damage. The carpets look great and our technician was so very knowledgeable. It was so much faster than I thought it would be. I had the closets cleaned out and as much furniture moved as possible and that made it so the job could be completed super fast. Thanks Zerorez! We will have you back to do our sofas!

They were great! I’ve used Zerorez several times because my carpet, couches, and area rugs dry so fast and they don’t get crunchy after like some other companies. Rob and his coworker were very attentive, we discussed a few dirt marks my guest room that they noticed that I missed, and they got all the dirt out and drip marks in my living room after my recent sports game get together. My rooms and area rugs look amazing and they were so quick and efficient! I don’t have my carpets done as often as I should since I also have 2 shedding dogs, but Zerorez came to my rescue and got so much more dirt than my normal cleaning does. I’m grateful for the reminder texts cuz I actually got it done.

Had great experience with Zerorez today. We don’t use harmful chemicals in the house in any form and have chosen Zerorez for mainly this reason. The technician (Andrew) was very knowledgeable and understanding the problem. We have one room with high traffic on the carpet. Andrew was very thorough with darker spots and results were very impressive. He made carpet look almost like new. We were just amazed and honestly didn’t expect such beautiful results due to the amount of traffic. We can’t even see the trail of dark paws from the doggy door:) We will definitely use Zerorez for other rooms and highly recommend them for anyone who values the quality and harmful chemical-free cleaning.
