Highly recommend! Professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his profession. When he arrived I mentioned my hallway carpet had some heavy footfall marks that I wasn’t expecting him to get out… but it looks brand new now! The stairs and living room came up perfectly too. He works exceptionally hard and for the price it’s a real bargain. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was deserved.

Excellent service from Zerorez. The booking process was easy and they came out the very next day. Joe did a brilliant job on our lounge carpet. He was courteous, professional and explained everything he was going to do before starting. All round great experience.

From the initial call to book it felt like I was in safe hands. Lisa who came here to do the carpets was so knowledgeable and caring. My carpets were filthy to be honest from living on a farm and Lisa should me a comparison of half the staircase cleaned that really showed how much dirt there was. We had stains that I genuinely did not expect to come out but they did! They are arguably the best out there and I was even able to do the school run and trust Lisa in my house no problem received a great call to say once the work was completed

Joe was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, polite and did an incredible job cleaning the carpets in our bedrooms and hallway runner. He managed to remove some awful stains in my son’s bedroom, leaving the carpets looking brand new and smelling wonderfully fresh. We’re so impressed with the results and will definitely be using Zeroex again. We’ve since learned they also clean sofas, wood flooring, and mattresses — so that’s next on our list to book Joe for!
