The Zerorez Process

Step 1
Pre-Inspection

First, we identify the type of fabric and establish whether it can be safely cleaned without damage.

Step 2
Pre-treatment

Second, we use a specially engineered pre-treatment spray that is applied to the upholstery to help break down dirt and grime that is deeply embedded in the fabric.

Step 3
Rinse

Third, our Zr Water is applied with a low-pressure spray, loosening embedded dirt and thoroughly cleaning the materials.

Step 4
Drying

Fourth, using state-of-the-art upholstery cleaning tools in combination with our Zr Water applied at a pressure appropriate for your furniture, we extract dirt, oil and grime without leaving wet fabric.

Step 5
Premium Fibre Protectant (added service)

Lastly, we apply a premium fibre protector that adds a layer of protection to your newly-clean upholstery. This acts as a barrier to prevent future stains and spills from soaking in and makes future cleaning easier.

Whilst you may find many DIY upholstery cleaning products or suggestions online, it is usually safer and more effective to use a professional service such as Zerorez; we do not use soaps, detergents, or harsh chemicals to clean.


Our process uses Zr Water applied with a low-pressure spray, which loosens embedded dirt and thoroughly cleans the materials. Dirt and grime is fully removed, leaving only damp fabric which dries quickly.
