"I made an enquiry at 3am, had a phone call from Pav at 9:45am, and Lea was at my door by 10:30am! The speediest and best customer service I've ever received in my life. Pav was super helpful on the phone, explaining the eco-friendly style of cleaning. I explained I wanted a short turnaround and she sorted it out in 30 seconds.

"Lea called me before she arrived, super friendly, and offered to wear shoe covers (little touches). She came and explored the carpet I wanted cleaning, explained the process, and honestly I can't express how amazing the job was done. Almost like a brand new carpet, when I was thinking of replacing the whole thing for £500! This was the best resolution and pricing was more reasonable than I even thought! Couldn't recommend more. Have done so this morning and already convinced my Mum and aunt to give them a call."
